Job Description

AMOS London is looking for its PROJECT OFFICER to work within the London campus to:

  1. Assist the Corporate Relations Officer during the missions of the AMOS Lab,

  2. Develop and coordinate the B1 seminar programme in London from A to Z.

You will be reporting to the Director of the AMOS London campus.

A - SEMINAR B1 / LONDON – Project management.

Your main missions include :

  • Booking and confirming all sports visits for the period when the seminar takes place

  • Booking and securing the English teachers and classrooms

  • Managing the Teacher’s timetable and coordinating the English programme

  • Creating a flyer of the programme

  • Preparing a schedule including activities and English classes

  • Creating all associated documents:

    • administrative (registers, welcome letters, special needs, under 18 authorisations, code of conduct charter, etc.)  
    • Specific processes linked to the safeguarding of students, rules, etc
  • Communicating with students and international department: liaising with the department to organise a Teams meeting mid-January to present the programme, rules, etc. to the students and French campus coordinators

  • Building a communications plan in association with AMOS London charter. Working closely with AMOS London Communications Officer in order to produce regular content before the seminar starts but also during and after.

B - AMOS LONDON LAB OFFICER

Volunteering management Established in November 2018 in London, AMOS Lab is a department of AMOS Sport Business School. It is defined as the "LABoratory of innovation and evolutions of the sport industry". AMOS Lab responds to the demands of sports stakeholders, i.e., registered charities, companies, federations, leagues, clubs, organising committees, etc ... and acts as a designer, organiser, and project support for the development of the sports market.

Your Missions include:

EVENTS

  • Research student academic projects, canvassing sports organisations and registered charities to help them in their fundraising missions, communications and events organisation.

  • First point of contact for the implementation of student academic projects ➢ Follow-up and supervision of students in carrying out consultations and studies in progress.

  • Elaboration of answers to the requests passed through the Lab

Preferred Experience

1st experience in events and/or sales needed.

You must be fluent or bilingual in English and French.
